Join Sarah for a progressive and empowering all-levels vinyasa flow with a post-punk/ dark alternative soundtrack. Together we will build core strength to honor and preserve our resilience this eclipse season, while cultivating flexibility to embrace the lessons presented to us as the wheel of the year turns. 🌚 ✨ Tuesday, October 1 at 7:30pm ET on Zoom (50 minutes) ▪️ $10 to drop in 🦇 Register by Monday, September 30 to secure your spot.
