Service Description
Breathe in, now breathe out, hands up, now hands down… Wheel is back with a twist! Jenna will lead a 60 minute yin-yasa practice with our wheels to a playlist of nu metal hits this Saturday morning on Zoom. The first half of class will incorporate long-held poses targeting flexibility, then we will move into a more dynamic flow for the second half of class. The wheel can assist, enhance, and even intensify our practice! No prior experience required but please come prepared with a yoga wheel and two blocks.
