Service Description

Join Amanda on Saturday, 8/31, for an invigorating full-body strength and conditioning class with a TOOL playlist to guide you through. We'll start with a dynamic warm-up to get your muscles primed. Then, we'll move into various standing and balancing poses, chaturanga pushups, and planks, all designed to build strength and stability. We’ll finish our practice by exploring the art of balance as we flow into crow pose. All levels are welcome. If you have yoga blocks, please bring them.
