Join @yoga.bybridget for a strong vinyasa flow with lots of chances to challenge yourself and have a blast while doing it!

We’ll move to an 80’s rock playlist and settle into a restorative savasana at the end of class to smooth it all out. If weather permits, class will be held outside with a beautiful view of the mountains! 🎸
