SINGLE CLASSES
How much do single classes cost?
​
You can see the current price list on the Price List page, under the Plans & Pricing option on the main menu. You'll also see the class price when confirming your booking.
​
Do I need to register as a user to take a class?
​
Short answer: You need to register as a user to access our classes.
Long answer: There's a difference between a "user" and a "member."
Signing up as a user just means you can log in, look around, and go through the process of buying single sessions. Being a user is not the same as being a member.
​
A member is someone that has purchased a membership plan, and you can learn more about that in the Memberships section of the FAQ.

How do I take the class?
​
Our virtual classes are conducted through the Zoom app. You'll need that first. If you don't have the Zoom app, you can get here, at zoom.us
You'll be sent a Zoom link for the class after registering for the class.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
​
Select "My Bookings" from the member dashboard.
On desktop: red button on top right of the site.
On Mobile: tap the menu icon on the top right on your screen, then the red button.)
From there, you'll see your upcoming bookings. Select the down arrow to the right of the booking you wish to change, and you should see options to reschedule and cancel.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
How do I request a private session?
​
On the homepage below the class schedule, you'll see the option to request a private session, either virtually, or in-person. Once you click the "Request A Session" button, you'll be brought to a calendar. Pick a day, and you'll see a list of times pop up. Select your desired time, and confirm the request. Once submitted, we'll make sure we're available at that time to meet with you. If we are, we'll confirm the booking. If we aren't, we'll reach out to you about other potential times.

MEMBERSHIPS
What is (and isn't) included in my membership?
​
We offer two membership options tiers: "Bare Bones" and "Overkill" memberships.
​
"Bare Bones" memberships grant you access to Bare Bones classes and meditations. (To see what classes fall under each category, please see the Classes page.)
​
"Overkill" memberships include the aforementioned Bare Bones classes and meditations, as well as Overkill classes.*
​
*Occasionally, some special events and workshops may fall outside the scope of what’s included. This will be clearly noted in those cases.
​
Does my membership include class recordings?
If you can’t attend class, you have the option to request that day’s recording (within 24 hours of the class) with your Overkill package. Otherwise, if you want one from our library files, please Venmo $15 to @daayani-yoga.

How do I cancel my membership?
​
If you are not satisfied with your membership, you can submit the Membership Cancellation form in the member dashboard. Because membership cancellations need to be processed manually by Daayani Yoga staff, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 48 hours before the next billing to avoid getting charged. If that happens, please see "What if I get billed after I requested a cancellation of my membership?" below.

What if I forgot to cancel my membership before I got charged again?
​
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests that arrive after a new cycle begins. If you decide to cancel your membership after the new billing cycle begins, submit the Membership Cancellation form in the member dashboard and we will stop any future recurring billing for your membership. Once you've cancelled, you will still be able to attend classes for the remainder of the paid cycle, but the membership will lapse after the paid cycle is finished.

What if I got charged after I requested a cancellation of my membership?
​
In the event you are billed after notifying us of your intent to cancel through the Membership Cancellation form, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 weeks. If you're having trouble, please email us at daayaniyoga@gmail.com or call/text us at (516) 512-7070.

FREE TRIAL
How does the free trial work?
​
We offer a 7 day free trial of our monthly plans. This no-obligation trial is available to members purchasing this plan for the first time. When you select "Start Free Trial" on the Plans and Pricing page, we ask you to provide your billing information. Once you're done with the sign up process, you'll have access to our classes. You will not be charged for the first month until the trial period ends.

If you're enjoying the trial and wish to continue being a member, you don't have to do anything; once the trial lapses, you'll be billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment info you provided until you cancel your membership.

How do I cancel my free trial?
​
If you are not satisfied with the trial, you can submit the Membership Cancellation form in the member dashboard. Because cancellations need to be processed manually by Daayani Yoga staff, we recommend submitting your trial cancellation request at least 48 hours before the first billing to avoid getting charged. If that happens, please see "What if I get billed after I requested a cancellation of the trial?" below.

What if the trial ended but I forgot to cancel it, or I changed my mind?
​
